½ cup Fresh coriander chopped
1 tbsp Ginger minced
1 tbsp Garlic minced
1 ½ tbsp Soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp Fish sauce
1 ½ tbsp Olive oil
1 ½ tbsp Brown sugar
Your choice of fresh veggies

Combine the coriander, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and brown sugar. Add the chicken and let this marinate overnight

Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through

Grill your fresh veggies and add them to your chicken mix. Snow peas, capsicum, chilli, and carrots are recommended
