What is the Black Sheep Guarantee
Black Sheep Guarantee is our promise to all Wine Club members that you can explore our wines risk-free. If you’re not 100% satisfied with any of our wines included in your Black Sheep Club wine delivery, we’ll happily replace it. If the product has a major fault or defect and we are not able to supply a suitable replacement, we will refund you the full cost of the product within 3 business days.
Simply call 08 8323 8689 or email us at [email protected] within one year (365 days) of receiving your wine delivery purchase and we’ll organise the rest.

What are your opening hours?
Our Cellar Door is open 11am – 5pm every day of the year except Christmas Day.
Our final tasting sessions begin at 4pm.

Do you serve lunch?
We do not offer lunch or platters but you can purchase some olives or almonds to snack on during your tasting experience.
Do you charge for tastings?
We do charge a fee for our tasting experiences. However most tasting fees are fully redeemable if you purchase wine after your tasting!

Do I need to book ahead?
Can I bring my dog?
Yes we are a dog friendly Cellar Door. We welcome dogs to our outdoor seating area.
We have a couple of tables accommodating 2-4 persons outside. We aren’t able to offer full serviced tastings outside but you are more than welcome to enjoy one by popping in to the counter and grabbing the wine from there.
Can I bring my children?
Yes you may bring your children to our Cellar Door, but we do recommend booking in advance to ensure we have space. We have a non-alcoholic shiraz cordial that kids may enjoy.
I’m a Black Sheep Club Member. What are my benefits when visiting the Cellar Door?
Our Black Sheep Club Members receive special benefits in Cellar Door including:
– Complimentary tastings
– Access to special member-only wines
– Black Sheep Club price on all wines, merchandise and fodder
After I sign up for the Black Sheep Club, how soon can I start using my benefits?
You will be able to start enjoying all of your benefits straight away!
I don’t live in South Australia so won’t be able to use my complimentary tasting vouchers.
That’s ok, we know that our Black Sheep Club members live all over Australia and its not always possible to get back to McLaren Vale.
Our promise to you is that every year we will get on the road and come to you! Each year we host a lunch in every major city. See you there!
What are your freight charges?
We charge a flat fee of $15 for freight anywhere in Australia.
However, if your order is over $180 we will pay the freight costs for you!
how will my order be shipped?
Our delivery partners are Australia Post and Couriers Please. At checkout you can select a preferred provider or let us select the fastest provider for your area.
How long will my order take to arrive?
South Australia – Typically 2-3 business days, Up to 4 days for regional SA

VIC Regional – 4-9 business days

We ship to every city, town and suburb in Australia!
We can ship to PO boxes, Parcel Lockers, and business addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
We are able to ship our wines to some international destinations. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the wines you would like to send and the destination and we will send back a quote.
How can I track my order?
Shortly after placing your order and the order leaving our warehouse you should receive the tracking number for your order. You will then be able to track it with on our courier partners website.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please call 08 8323 8689 or email [email protected] our team straight away. We will handle all the enquiries with the couriers and make sure your parcel is on track for delivery.
