The Ruff Nog’n – The Ruffian Liqueur Muscat

The perfect treat for after dinner!

Ingredients

 ‘The Ruffian’ Liqueur Muscat
 Good quality brandy
 5 Scoops of vanilla ice-cream
 Cinnamon powder

Directions

Start with 5 large scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Grab ‘The Ruffian’ and a shot glass; fill and tip it twice.

Next, throw a single shot of brandy on top.

Using a stick blender mix just enough to get a uniform texture.

Pour into a chilled tall glass, dust with cinnamon and then all that’s left is to drop in a straw.

Hint: Pair with chocolate for an indulgent pairing
