The Perfect Cheese Board

Wine and food matching doesn’t have to always be scary, it’s all about having fun and learning new things. We have created this delicious dish to get you started. Why don’t you give it a shot and see what you think?

Ingredients

 ‘The Ruffian' Liqueur Muscat
 Olive Oil
 Dukkah
 Smoked Almonds
 Balsamic dressing
 3 Cheeses of your choice
 Charcuterie - salami & prossiutto
 Crackers & bread
4 Fruits - we recommend grapes, cranberries, strawberries & orange slices
Chocolate - dark raspberry & milk chocolate stars
 Garnishes- rosemary & lavender

Directions

1

Start by placing any accessories, bowls and glasses across your board, they are going to frame your food.

2

Fill your bowls with dukkha, olive oil, balsamic and pate.

3

Add 3 cheeses in a triangle formation. By choosing 3 different styles of cheese, e.g. hard, soft and blue, you create visual interest and a luxourious feeling.

4

Place your fruit in the centre of the board spraying outwards and around the bowls, be sure to save some to scatter around the edges later.

5

Add your meats, making sure they are folded and placed in layers and fans.

6

Lastly, tuck some greenery, garnishes and leftover fruit into any small empty spaces to finish off a full and beautiful board.

7

Enjoy with ‘The Ruffian’ Liqueur Muscat
