
Ingredients
200g Smoked salmon
1 Packet of rye crisp breads
1 Tub of cream cheese
2 Tablespoon of créme fraíche
2 Lemons
1 Large bunch of dill
Black pepper to season

Mix the cream cheese, créme fraiche, chopped dill, lemon juice and half the zest, then add black pepper

Place the crisp breads on a serving tray and scoop some cream cheese filling on to each of the crisp breads. Top tip: use a fork to make a swirl.

Cut the smoked salmon slices into ribbons, then roll and twist and place on top of the crisp breads

Top with sprigs of dill and garnish with lemon zest
