Garlic Olive Oil Spaghetti

Ingredients

 120 g Regular or whole wheat spaghetti
 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 3 tsp Garlic
 2 tsp Fresh or dried chili flakes
 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
 1 pinch Parsley (optional)

Directions

Cook spaghetti until al dente

While the spaghetti is cooking, gently fry the garlic and chili in olive oil

Drain spaghetti, save 1/2 cup cooking water for later

Add spaghetti and parsley to the drying pan

5

Add as much cooking water as needed to make the pasta moist

6

Stir well to coat, serve with parmesan cheese and enjoy with a glass of ‘GA-LOR-IA!’ Sangivese Bastardo Grenache Frizzante
