Hugh’s Vestal Virgin Extra Virgin Olive Oil

An aromatic oil produced from olives grown in the Cellar Vineyard. Ideally served with fresh bread and ‘Mary’s Mumbo Jumbo’ dukkah but versatile enough to use in everyday cooking. Homer called it ‘liquid gold’, ours is so named for her extra virgin quality.
