- Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, they may be transferred to another attendee if you notify us in advance with their details. - Event Changes & Cancellations
Hugh Hamilton Wines reserves the right to make changes to the event, including date, time, location, or program. These changes will be communicated either via email, text message or phone call. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. In the rare case of event cancellation by High Hamilton Wines, guests will be offered a credit toward a future event. - Admission & Conduct
All attendees must be of legal drinking age (18+) and provide valid identification upon request. Hugh Hamilton Wines reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated or disorderly patrons, and refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate. - Liability Disclaimer
Hugh Hamilton Wines is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event. Attendees participate at their own risk and waive any claims against Hugh Hamilton Wines, its affiliates, or event partners. - Loss or Theft
Hugh Hamilton Wines does not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or theft of any personal items before, during, or after an event.
- Food & Beverage Responsibility
Whilst all reasonable effort will be made to ensure dietary needs are met, all food and beverage consumption is at the attendee’s own risk. Hugh Hamilton Wines is not liable for any adverse reactions, allergies, or issues arising from food or drink provided by third-party vendors or venues. - Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in event media, please inform a staff member upon arrival. - Force Majeure
Hugh Hamilton Wines is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health concerns.
