Black Sheep Guarantee

The Black Sheep Guarantee is our promise to all Wine Club members that you can explore our wines risk-free. If you’re not 100% satisfied with any of our wines included in your Black Sheep Club wine delivery, we’ll happily replace it. If the product has a major fault or defect and we are not able to supply a suitable replacement, we will refund you the full cost of the product within 3 business days.

Simply call 08 8323 8689 or email us at [email protected] within one year (365 days) of receiving your wine delivery purchase and we’ll organise the rest.
