Winemaker's Notes
The vineyard itself appears to be just like any other, but perhaps the fruit is inspired by the view across the valley as the gentle fragrance it develops during months in barrel is so similarly striking. It is the subtlety in this wine that I find so beguiling – I hope you do too.
Bouquet & Palate
Delicate white florals, nashi pear, and jasmine. An elegance of subtle fruit flecked with notes of tarragon, vanilla pod, cashews, and fresh-baked-brioche French oak. The aromatics are a gentle breeze and the palate a glider.
Food Match
Linguine porcini carbonara – with or without smoked pancetta.
