There are times when you need to stay sharp but you also want an adult drink with depth, interest and flavour. This is Bright Eyes. Maybe it’s for school nights, maybe it’s for headlights, or maybe it just feels right. All the flavour, just with a little less alcohol.
Winemaker's Notes
Removing alcohol infers something has been lost, in this case however far more has been gained – bright fruit, crystal clear aromatics, and a satisfying palate – all at 7% alcohol. That’s worth raising a second glass to.
Bouquet & Palate
Lush blend of grapefruit, lemon, lychee, and fresh sage. Fresh linen blows in a light spring breeze. Vanilla. Orange blossom. Palate is svelte, with any acid well checked with fruit generosity. The lengthy, tight palate shimmies without a single shake.
Food Match
Matching well with school nights doesn’t mean it won’t work with fancier fare. Crumbly goat cheese,
smoked salmon, and caramelised onion hors d’oeuvres are all excellent starting points.
