Join Mary Hamilton and winemaker Nic Bourke for a hands-on day in the cellar: bottle and label your own single-barrel wine, learn oak, and even assemble a barrel yourself. The day closes with lunch from Chef Jason of Glen Ewin Estate, paired with our wines.

By the afternoon, you won’t just understand winemaking. You’ll have made it.
