Reuben Sandwich

 ¼ cup Mayonnaise
 2 tsp Tomato sauce
 1 tsp Sweet pickle relish
 Rye bread
 Slices of Swiss cheese
 3 Small cooked beats, thinly sliced
 2 cups Drained Sauerkraut
 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
 Salad to serve

Combine the tomato sauce, pickle relish and mayonnaise and spread onto 4 slices of bread

Add the Swiss cheese, beets and sauerkraut, and top with the remaining bread to form the sandwiches

Melt 1/2 tablespoon of the butter in a large skillet over medium head

Cook the sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown

Serve the sandwiches with your choice of salad and a glass of Black Ops
