Renowned as one of the world’s great red grapes, Cabernet arguably finds its greatest expression in the maritime climate of Bordeaux. McLaren Vale is warmer and drier, but shares those maritime conditions.

Anthony Janus –
The Villain, Cabernet, is a beautifully balanced wine, with a welcoming aroma to each sip and packed full of flavour. I have always opened my Hugh Hamilton Cabernet in its earliest years and have never been disappointed. Lovely colour and wonderful long finish. I have no doubt with a few more years on the clock, this wine will continue to develop in complexity. For all cabernet fans, the Villain is a must!
