Slurpy, plush, and lush – but assertive too. Packed with brambly dark fruit; blueberry, mulberry and black berry. Black tea leaves and vanilla. Violets and irises.
Fleshy, sweet and meaty like a slab of steak. Chewy texture, rolling with fruit and oak, grounded with the subtle earthiness of fresh turned soil. Big and round in the middle with a satisfyingly long finish.
Marbled wagyu, roast beetroot, rocket, and fetta salad.
